Purchase and access

Before payment, the page for the selected version states its contents, formats, price, technical requirements, and how and for how long access is provided. That page forms part of the contract. The contract is concluded when the buyer accepts this offer and payment succeeds. For the price stated on that page, the seller provides the described package and access on the stated terms.

Use of materials

For the access period stated on the product page, the buyer receives a non-exclusive licence to view the materials, download files expressly included in the package, and run and modify included source code for personal, non-commercial study. Restricted materials may not be shared with others or published. No usage reports are required.

Withdrawal and requests

The buyer may withdraw from a conforming digital product within seven days, excluding the purchase date, and request a refund of the amount paid. Statutory rights apply if the product is defective or access is late. Send requests to support@vivavivi.tech, stating the email address used for the purchase.
