Personal Data Processing Policy

Data and purposes

• The website processes IP addresses and technical request data to operate and protect the site. Errors and security events may be kept in limited logs.
• To count article views and clicks on “Share”, IP addresses and browser data are briefly converted into a key that prevents duplicate counts. Aggregate statistics do not contain the individual key.
• When you email us, we process your address, message, and attachments you send to respond.

The legal basis for operating and protecting the site and its counters is the controller's legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(7) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ). For correspondence, it is taking steps at your request before a contract or a legitimate interest in replying (Article 6(1)(5) and (7)). The site currently has no Domashka accounts, orders, or payments. This policy will be updated before those functions launch.

Retention and protection

Temporary counting keys are used in a window of up to 10 minutes and are deleted after it expires when the next request is processed or the process restarts. Limited logs are kept until rotation; emails are kept while an inquiry is handled and rights are protected. Older request logs may contain IP addresses, and earlier backups may contain like keys until rotation or replacement. Data is then deleted or anonymised unless the law requires its retention.

Data is hosted on servers in Russia; service providers support hosting, email, and backups. Access is restricted, website connections use HTTPS, and backups are encrypted. Replying to an email served abroad may require a cross-border transfer subject to Article 12 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ.

You may request information about processing, correction or deletion of data, and an end to processing where the law provides grounds. Write to support@vivavivi.tech; the controller responds and takes required action within the statutory time limits.
